Trail Guide Summary

Pulpit Rock Trail is a very popular hike at Cheaha State Park. The trail is short, but has some steep inclines and declines on the trail.

It's worth the short hike because at the end of the trail you will find yourself at a rock perch overlooking Cheaha State Park and Talladega National Forest.

This hike is one of the best in the park for taking pictures. On the trail you will find beautiful wildflowers and when you reach Pulpit Rock there are plenty of unique picture opportunities.

If your into climbing there are some available places to rappel. You do have to get a permit to rappel in the park though.
