This is a very easy kid and stroller friendly trail that is a 1,520 ft. boardwalk that leads out to one of the most beautiful views in Alabama.

Sitting on top of the highest mountain in the state, when you come to the end of the trail you will get a 180-degree view from the observation platform where you can see for miles. It really is one of the most breathtaking sites in all of Alabama.

Dogs are also allowed on the trail while on leash.

Trailhead Directions

Located in Cheaha State Park, the trail head can be found by going down the Scenic Parkway and following it to the Park entrance. Follow that until you come to a parking lot and you will find Bald Rock Trail.
